We are looking for an extremely motivated machine learning engineer to join our exciting endeavor to develop state-of-the-art data analytics solutions for biomedical, fin-tech, and consumer research. You should have industry-level work experience in machine learning, data mining techniques, advanced data analytics, recommendation, and classification systems. Responsibilities

  • Develop AI-driven models and deploy them in widely-used cloud architectures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative solutions.
  • Analyze a large volume of raw, unstructured, and structured multilingual data.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate the development process and results to various stakeholders, including the senior management team.
  • Follow up after project implementation to evaluate the impact of data initiatives and track business benefits

Qualifications and Experience

Must Have

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in Python with a comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms.
  • At least 3 years of experience with popular machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or PyCaret.
  • Clear understanding of key machine learning concepts including feature engineering, feature selection, and optimization.
  • Good knowledge of Python data structures (e.g., pandas), algorithms, and other fundamental computer science concepts.
  • Experience using, fine-tuning, and implementing pretrained ML models and datasets from renowned repositories like Hugging Face, Google AutoML, AutoTrainner, and spaCy.
  • Experience of working with large language models (LLMs) with a very clear conceptual understanding.

Good To Have

  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL/Postgres and MongoDB).
  • Outstanding collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferable to have experience working in any cloud service provider environment (Google cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience working on large-scale software development projects.
  • Knowledge of Docker deployment system.
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools such as ruffus, kubernetes
